Text Box: As I drive all over the county to take my pictures, I am reminded how many people here have racks on top of their vehicles. They have boat racks, bike racks, luggage racks, sleek coffins racks, homemade racks, webbing, clamps, straps, clips, padlocks... clutter dangling everywhere. I’ve also come to the conclusion that if you are going to visit Whatcom County and you really want to fit-in... you might consider renting a car with AWD (all-wheel-drive) and a rack on top! Text Box: Of course, some choose to dangle stuff from a rack at the rear of their vehicle...
